Our logistics service for the textile part is based in Asia with which we have been working for over 20 years. We are sending internationally. For the shoes, bags, watches and various accessories it is based on our logistics platform in Italy and for that we work with Chronopost and DPD 

The delivery time is clearly indicated in your basket summary, even before you validate your payment.

Shipping deadline:

  • Preparation : 1 working day.
  • Shipping : 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
  • Note : Deadlines may vary depending on your location and periods of strong crowds (parties, promotions).

    You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


The delivery of your package depends on three elements:

We prepare your order upon reception over 1 working day. As soon as it is ready, we send it to you via DHL or CNEEXPRESS, our partners. We will then send you an email confirming this shipment as well as the tracking number of your package.

Depending on your country of delivery, delivery takes on average 5 to 7 working days with CNEEXPRESS. You can select what suits you best when ordering.

Important: For security reasons for your purchases, it is not possible to modify the delivery address of an in progress order.

Delivery costs

On A woman we love, delivery costs are always indicated before payment.



These costs may vary depending on several criteria :

  1. The number of items in your order
  2. the weight and volume of the package
  3. The fragility of the items ordered


The country of destination

In all cases, the amount of shipping costs is clearly indicated before even validated your payment, on the summary page of your basket.

In case of absence on delivery :

If you are absent, a passing notice will be sent to you in your mailbox indicating either a second attempt to hand over the next day, or a provision:

At the nearest post office.

-A your home,
-Au a third party (tutor, neighbor, etc.), or
-The nearest post office.

If your package is damaged: our advice and recommendations

Never accept a visibly damaged package (opening and/or deterioration traces).

If a damaged package has been received without a complaint, it will be considered "accepted as it is". It is imperative to make a complaint at the time of reception, otherwise we will not be able to take into account your request from the carrier.

Our parcel preparation procedures are strict and guarantee flawless packages. Check the warranty bands that seal your package, they must always be in place.

Turn a product

Return conditions :

If a part or all of your order does not suit you, you have 14 days from reception to return it to us. If the return is made after this period (the carrier's stamp is proof) we will be able to refuse the package and return it to you.

You can apply by email to our customer service, using the form provided for this purpose on the page " Contact »From the site. You will receive your return voucher by email as soon as possible.

You will be able to have guarantees and follow its good delivery. Follow the instructions we will give you carefully in the response to your return request. The items must in particular be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the items returned by us, you will receive an email informing you of accepting the return. We will then reimburse by directly crediting your bank account. This will be effective within a maximum of 15 days, unless you have a delayed debit card. In this case, the reimbursement will take place at the end of the following month. In the event of abnormal delay, do not hesitate to contact your bank or customer service to Woman We Love via the form provided in the section " Contact ».

If the reason for return is due to an error on our part

Each week, A woman we love offers you articles. There may be a labeling or packaging error, but we take all precautions to avoid this. If unfortunately you meet this type of error, we will naturally reimburse you the price of returned products as well as the shipping costs incurred to send them back.

Return costs and any risk -related risks are your responsibility.
